At Wattec, we know you want your order delivered quickly and securely. Here’s how we handle shipping:

Store Pick-Up

We offer free pick-up from our office in Manchester. 

• When placing your order, simply choose Store Pick-Up at checkout.

• Processing times:

  • Pre-built PCs: Ready within 1-2 working days

  • Custom builds: Ready within 3-4 working days

• Once your order is processed, you’ll receive collection instructions via email.

Free Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 2-3 Working days via Express Delivery with our Partner DPD free of charge.

• Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.

Fully Insured Shipping

• All shipments are fully insured from the moment they leave our facility until they arrive at your door.

• If your order arrives damaged, please notify us at contact@wattec.co.uk within 48 hours so we can arrange a fast resolution.

How do I check the shipping status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us.

Packaging

Your PC will be securely packed in its original box and then placed inside a hard-shell outer box with added padding and cushioning for maximum protection. High-end GPUs will be shipped separately in the outer box to prevent any strain or damage to the PCI Express slot. 🇬🇧 UK Mainland Only

• We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only.

• We do not allow any shipping out of the UK. We do not ship to forwarding services. Any orders placed to ship to a forwarding service will be cancelled and the order will be refunded.

Dispatch Times

• 1-2 Working Days for Pre-Builds & 3-4 Working days for Custom Builds.

• Weekends: Dispatched next working day

Please note that we cannot guarantee processing or shipping times in circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to: high order volumes, courier or shipping service disruptions, weather-related delays, or other unforeseen events (“acts of God”).
