Yes. Estimates and quotes are free, and there is no obligation. If you decide not to go ahead, you take your PC back and owe us nothing.
Is diagnosis free?
Diagnosis is free when you walk in to our Manchester workshop. For a home visit, an additional call-out charge applies, which we confirm in your quote before booking.
Which areas do you cover for home visits?
We visit homes across Greater Manchester. Tell us your postcode in the form above and we will confirm the call-out charge with your quote.
How long will my repair take?
It depends on the fault and on whether a part needs ordering. We tell you the expected timescale in your quote.
Can you upgrade a PC you didn’t build?
Tell us what you have and what you want it to do. We will check the parts are compatible, including the power supply and case space, before we quote.
