At Wattec, we are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality products. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Damaged on Arrival

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@wattec.co.uk.
We will arrange a free return and either repair or replace the item promptly.

Warranty Coverage

All Wattec New PCs include a 3-year return-to-base warranty, while Eco Rebuilds come with a 1-year return-to-base warranty.
If your system experiences a hardware issue during the warranty period, we will:

• Diagnose the problem

• Repair or replace any faulty components

• Return your system to you at no additional cost

Please note: The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, software issues, or unauthorised modifications and overclocking.

How to Get Support

For help with faults, warranty claims, or delivery issues, please email contact@wattec.co.uk with your order number and a brief description of the problem.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns or provide refunds under the following conditions:

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

• The product must be in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.

• Please keep your original packaging, as it is required for a valid return.

• A proof of purchase is required.

• Customers are responsible for safely packing and dispatching the product. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping.

• Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label.

• After we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 working days.

⚠️ Important: We do not accept returns on Custom PCs. However, all Custom PCs are still covered under the Wattec 3-Year Warranty.

⚠️ Components shown in photos may differ slightly. We may substitute components of the same value and performance, depending on availability.
